Exchange Rate details are not available on Payment Status Inquiry Details Screen for cross currency payment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Exchange Rate details should be displayed on Payment Status Inquiry Details screen for cross currency payment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via user. Navigate to Toggle menu > Payments > Inquiries > Payment Status Inquiry
2. Select reference number where cross currency payment has been made
3. View the Payment Status Inquiry Details Screen.
