Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SBLC-Tolerance Percentage default as is 0 not allowed on Amend
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the tolerance percentage is not allowed and the field has to be blank, then they should not be defaulted as Zero.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1)Create An ‘Advice of SBLC’ via STP. The Positive and Negative Tolerance is defaulted to Zero.
2)Try to amend the same contract is tried to be amended via LCDGUAMD. The Positive and Negative Tolerance is defaulted to Zero.
3)Click of the advices sub screen , the error ‘Tolerance Details is not applicable for Advice of Standby LC Product’ is shown LC-GUA-112.
4)Makes both the fields as Blank. User is allowed to proceed.
