On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to close the bank guarantee contract
the following error occurs.

ST-VALS-012 - Invalid value N for field automatic reinstatement
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract to be closed.
2. Ensure reinstatement type is wrongly updated
3. Try to close the bank guarantee contract

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the contract and settle the proceedings.
