Application Role Based Dashboard Is Not Loading For "Administrator" User. (Doc ID 2783474.1)

Symptoms

Application role based dashboard is not working for admin type user, following error is displayed.

ERROR

Screen keeps on loading.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Admin user.
2. Navigate to "Role Transaction Mapping"
3. Create new admin role and map transactions.
4. Navigate to "Dashboard Builder"
5. Select role created in step 3 and build dashboard.
6. Assign admin role to user
7. Login with user created in step 6.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin user is not able to view dashboard.

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
