Unable to generate customer level reports (Doc ID 2783476.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer creation not happened through the external interface because of the field mismatch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In the system if customer creation through interface fails for various reasons. Proper log should be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. select a customer to be created through interface.
2. Ensure field mismatch between interface and Flexcube mapping.
3. Try to create the customer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create customer and customer level reports can not be generated.
