Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Revoke user Transaction is not visible for Corporate Admin checker in pending list for Authorization

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Revoke User (Soft Delete ) should be visible as per the Rule Setup mandate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login as Corporate Admin maker
2.Revoke an Corporate User ,
3. Transaction is displayed as Initiated and pending for approval .to maker
4. Login as Corporate Admin Checker ,
5. in pending for Authorization list , Transaction not displayed
  
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Checker user cannot see Soft delete Transaction in pending for approval
