Symptoms

On : 11.6 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a Newly created branch, no user is able to Log into it.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
New Branch should be available for users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain a new branch.
2. Try to Access the newly created branch using Change Branch Option. The Branch would not be listed for any user.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot log into a new branch.
