ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BC|| STCH EVENT HAPPEING BEFORE LIQD EVENT
During status change system is making the bill status to NORM and hence during liquidation system is not firing accrual for Penal Interest.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should fire liquidation event first then pass the STCH event.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We have taken one overdue BILL.
2. We have done full liquidation.
3. STCH Evnt passing before 'LIQD' Event.
