Alternate Login Options Showing Error As 'Access Denied' In Android And IOS Application (Doc ID 2784233.1)

Symptoms

When user login using alternate login then logout from the application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1.System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
2.Access denied.
3.{"result":"SUCCESSFUL","contextID":"005jjgAQKpC5yWGayxrY6G0000CI001_l,0:1","message":{"title":"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later","detail":"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.","code":"DIGX_PROD_DEF_0000","relatedMessage":[{"detail":"Access denied.","code":"FC_SM_025"}],"type":"ERROR"}}


Note: After applying patch no. 32635817:THE INCORRECT DISPLAYING LAST LOGIN TIME AND DATE IN THE MENU FOR MOBILE.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User login into the application using an alternate login.
2. Then user logout from the application.
3. The above error popup occurs.
