DEDUPLOG showing additional error message : Lead to confusion

Bank is using DE Xls upload majorly. During the testing cycle they had raised a concern like additional error message displayed and confusing user.

Case 1: Take the account (ACC1) which marked for “No Debit” and try to do the Debit transaction for that account using DE xls upload. Upon save operation, system is marking that leg as error and display the error message as DE-UPLD-24 "Account ACC1 has marked with no debit" and DE-JRN74 "Invalid Account Number". Bank expectation is, only error message “Account ACC1 has marked with no debit” should display , DE-JRN74 should not..

Case 2: Take the account (ACC1) which was disabled for “AC_STAT_DE_POST” and try to do either Credit /Debit transaction for that account using DE xls upload. Upon save operation, system is marking that leg as error and display the error message as DE-UPLD-23 "Posting is not allowed for the account ACC1" and DE-JRN74 "Invalid Account Number". Banks expectation is , only error message “Posting is not allowed for the account ACC1” should display , DE-JRN74 should not.
In BAU, User may load the xls with more than 50 entry. If system show DE-JRN74 for 10 account also will lead to confusion
