Invalid daily transaction limit On Modification of Global Limits (Doc ID 2784277.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify existing limit package ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid daily transaction limit.

Invalid transaction limit.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with FCDB Admin user
2. Click on Customer Services --> Global Limit Packages
3. Enter package description and click on search
4. Click on Modify Package link
5. Modify package details
6. Click on Modify

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot initiate a transfer
