On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Feld “CreditDebitIndicator” is missing for accounts with 0 balance

DR/Cr indicator tags are missing in Customer account query response XML if the account balance is 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cr/Dr indicator should be populated as CR in <DC_LCY_CURR_BAL> tag , for accounts having 0 balance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a QueryCustAcc request via WS gateway.
2. Review the response XML if <DC_LCY_CURR_BAL> tag is present in the XML.
