Unable to Handle ACH Bank Names Containing Apostrophe Character.

When sending an ACH recurring payment setup from ACD, application web service returns a 500 error when the Bank Name contains an apostrophe character.
Example: People's Bank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should accept Apostrophe Character while enter bank names in ACH recurring payment setup.
