Symptoms
Party and User Account Access Linkage produces error on OBDX Admin portal
Attempts to search for accounts using Party ID and also select Users to provide account access to produces the following error for certain corporate customers:
ERROR

DIGX_PROD_DEF_0000
"Error : System cannot process the request currently. Please try later".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Admin user.
2. Account access --> User account access.
