OBTF 14.5 For Property File Creation - Encrypted Values Being Empty (Doc ID 2784646.1)

Symptoms

While trying to create fcubs.properties and env.properties through FCUBSInstaller.sh, the property files are getting generated with empty encrypted values.

and while run TFDBCompileRun.sh also getting error.
 
ERROR

Class:com.ofss.utility.EncryptDecrypt-->java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: Cannot find any provider supporting

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the FCUBSInstaller
2. Verify whether the property file and env property file are generated properly.
3. Verify whether the TFDBCompiler is executed properly.
