Symptoms

While trying to access the Payment Status Inquiry screen for a newly created user with Joint Account (JAO - Joint And Other) it give below error on the screen.

ERROR

Access denied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with a user having a joint account (JAO - Joint And Other).
2. Use the menu toggle button, and navigate to Payments -> Inquiries -> Payment Status Inquiries.
3. Select the Joint account from the drop down.
4. Error Access denied is encountered.
