Symptoms
When attempting to building the ios workspace in Xcode12.5,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Module compiled with Swift 5.3.2 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.4 compiler.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the ios application.
2. Clean and build the application.
