In Import and Export Documentary collection booking there is no place holder available in Additional details screen to capture Limit and collaterals details.

Place holder to be available in Import and export Documetary collection booking screens.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Import Documentary Collection booking screen
2. Input all the details and move to additional details screen
3. Verify whether placeholder available.
