Unsupported File Size Gets Uploaded and Supported File Type Not Allowed in Mailbox (Doc ID 2785559.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. The application allows uploading a file of more than 5MB(specified max file size is 5 MB) on Mailbox
2. Doc and zip file formats are not allowed to be uploaded on the mailbox by the application, however the same is allowed as per the supported file type details available on the screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. The application should allow the upload of the file of the specified limits only
2. The application should allow the upload of file formats which are specified on the screen as supported

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. navigate to mailbox
3. Attach a file of more than 5MB of .doc/.zip format
