Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Total sum of sub limit line utilization is not matching with over all utilization.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Over all utilization should match with sub limit line utilizations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to open a bank guarantee contract
2. Ensure limit line is linked to the contract.
3. Ensure over all utilization is not updated due to data update issue.
4. Try to match over all utilization and sub line utilizations.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the total assets and liabilities of a customer.
