Symptoms

In Lodge Claim - Guarantee Issued process, Registration stage after selecting Undertaking Number from LOV getting error as follows
 
ERROR

"Process reference number is not generated".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Lodge Claim - Guantee Issuance
2. Get the undertaking number from LOV
3. Verify whether the process reference number is generated.
