CASTR[808] - Transaction Record# In STR UI Doesn't Match Pdf Report Transaction # (Doc ID 2785692.1)

Goal

Product: Oracle Financial Services Regulatory Reporting
CRR Version: 8.0.8.1.0

Problem Description:
In STR, under Report Details, you can see the list of submitted reports. Click "View Report" to extract report.
The record # on Report Details screen doesn't match the transaction number in the PDF extracts.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1. Login to CRR application.
2. Navigate to report information and verify the transaction number sequence
3. Click on 'View report'
4. Verify the PDF transaction Number

Actual: PDF transaction numbers are not aligned with Report transaction numbers
