Problem Description: Primary Applicant Details data is not getting displayed in On-Boarding Assessment and KYC case screen

Steps to Reproduce Problem

1. Login to KYC application as investigator 
2. View the details of 'Primary Applicant' in OnBoarding assessment

 Actual: No Primary applicant details data in UI as shown below
