Face Authentication Failed Due to 'Biometrics authentication failed' Error. (Doc ID 2785959.1)

Unable to setup alternate login with the latest version of the IOS app. Following error displayed.

Biometrics authentication failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Go to the login page enter username and password, select easy login (alternate login)
2.Click login
3.Select easy login method (e.g. Face ID)
4.Allow storing device id
5.Device prompts for authentication with successful confirmation
6.App display error message "biometrics authentication failed"
7. App logs you in successfully
8.If you log out there is no alternate login link displayed on the login screen
