Second Vote 'Escalate' - Application cannot be found . In RLO workflow, a user with 'Second Vote' rights who instead of pressing 'Release', has pressed 'Escalate' because the application needed to be authorized by someone who had a higher authorizing limit. Unable to find the application and 'Acquire' it.
