Alert Maintenace - Unable to View/Edit Transaction Rejected Event (Doc ID 2787686.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view/edit Transaction Rejected event in Alert Maintenance,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

On screen:
System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later

In logs:
RunTimeException from listByModule() in class 'com.ofss.digx.app.alert.service.maintenance.ActivityEventAction'[[
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0
at com.ofss.digx.app.alert.assembler.maintenance.ActivityEventActionAssembler.fromRecipientMessageTemplateDomainObject(ActivityEventActionAssembler.java:301)
at com.ofss.digx.app.alert.assembler.maintenance.ActivityEventActionAssembler.fromDomainObject(ActivityEventActionAssembler.java:126)
at com.ofss.digx.app.alert.service.maintenance.ActivityEventAction.list(ActivityEventAction.java:425)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via superadmin. Navigate to Alert Maintenance.
2. In Event Name field search for Transaction Rejected.
3. Click on Search.
