PDM Run Data Is Not Present In History Table After Next PDM Run (Doc ID 2787794.1)

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PDM run data is not present in history table after next PDM run

We notice that PDM history table data is getting deleted automatically and we are unable to use the data for reports or PDM analysis .


Example :
If we are trying to run PDM for M02 (Feb) then before the run , ictb_profit_distribution will have the actual mode data for M01 and history table
will have the notional mode data.
On execution of notional PDM calc batch for M02, FN_move_history function invoked by icpks_icdprcbt_kernel.pr_do_auth , will try to insert the data from
ictb_profit_distribution to history table ictb_profit_distrib_history, however due to primary key violation the actual run data will not get inserted and
data is deleted from main table ictb_profit_distribution.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1)Primary key needs to be altered in ICTB_PROFIT_ALLOC_HISTORY and ICTB_PROFIT_DISTRIB_HISTORY to include Period_type so that notional and actual both gets logged.
2) delete of current period data if notional mode is run multiple times for a period has to be handled.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do Notiional PDM
2. Do Actual PDM

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the old PDM data
