Symptoms

When attempting to do a bill payment/recharge from any 3rd party site,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

DIGX_EBPP_057 - Message: Payment date should be equals to Current System Date.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Try recharging or paying bill from any 3rd party website
2. Verify the details and click on confirm
3. The Bill Payment fails with the above error

Due to this issue, users cannot do bill payments/quick recharge.
