On : 10.2 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is inconsistent behavior for "Checker ID" of Incoming Messages modified/authorized by User by screen (MSDINBRS).
It is getting Updated as "SYSTEM" even if modification is authorized by USER.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Manually edited message, Checker_Id should be User ID of User who authorizes the message modification.
