VAMI Authorization Failed When Dr Payment Mode Is Changed From Account To Ext Account (Doc ID 2788873.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
VAMI Authorization Failed- Dr Payment Mode is Changed from Account to Ext Account

When Doing a VAMI the following Details are changed
-> Liquidation Mode from Auto to manual.
-> Debit Payment mode from Account to External Account

The VAMI save is happening successfully but Giving a response empty error message during Authorization.

Also the error message should be proper rather than showing Just Response empty.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Since the Liquidation mode is changed to Manual, ideally system should have not fire ALIQ and able to process VAMI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch VAMI screen CLDACCVM
2. Change Debit Payment mode from Account to External Account.
3. Change Liquidation Mode from Auto to manual.
4. Save and Authorise.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to perform VAMI.

Changes

 Fix has been provided to mark the unprocessed ALIQ records as Suspended when the liquidation mode has been changed from Auto to Manual
