ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Account description in customer and savings account origination is defaulting to account number instead of the proper description.


STEPS FOR SIMULATION OF THE ISSUE
-------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Savings Account Application at Input Details stage.
2. Click Populate
3. Account Number generated for account also gets defaulted as Account Description
