ARVN Triggered Through Back Value Dated Base Rate Change Causes Inconsistency (Doc ID 2789073.1)

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a base rate is changed from a back valued date, rate revisioning and recalculation of the rates are not consistent for every loan

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a base rate is changed from a back valued date, rate revisioning and recalculation of the rates should be effective from the same date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From CFDFLTRI, modify the base rate with a back value effective date
2. Run EOD and verify the rate application date on all loans attached with the modified base rate code.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have all loans having consistent rate application date

Changes

Code changes provided to process rate revision on loans only from the current system date (EOD processing date of ARVN) even though the floating rate is maintained backdated
