Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Salary related bulk files are not getting processed and goes in status 23

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Salary related bulk files must be processed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate customer
2. Click on Bulk --> File upload
3. Upload a salary bulk file.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customers salary files are not getting processed.
