Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rollover of TD's with incorrect rates.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should update the new rates after the PDM declaration.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a TD account with Auto Rollover.
2. Run the EOD /EOM to do the rollover.
3. Verify the rate applied.
4. Run the PDM
5. Verify the Rates applied.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the incorrect rate is being applied in the account.
