Issue: Unable to liquidate the Bill contract
When user do purchase on bill contract with collecting flat interest along with Transit and Transfer days as Zero, then system shows the error during liquidation.

BC-EV0050!Error occurred during processing of Event ACCR for BC Reference .~


 Changes provided in the unit to ensure user will be able to liquidate the BC contract successfully when special interest provided
