Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mails are not going due to change in email service provider from bigrock to Microsoft 365

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mails should be delivered to end-users.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application as Admin user
2. Click on User Management --> Reset Password
3. Select User type
4. Enter user id and click on Search
5. Select check box and click on Reset Password.
