Symptoms

When attempting to revise the User Limits,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login as admin
2. Go to user limit
3. Enter user name and party Id
4. Click on search
5. Click on user name in search list
6. Click on edit
7. fill the revised limit
8. Click on save
9. Click on confirm

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot revise User Limits.

Changes

No changes done to Product Hardware or Account causes this Issue.
