Null Error When Using Network LOV In ISSERTGD Screen (Doc ID 2790668.1)

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When tried to search for Network in function id ISSERTGD, getting a pop-up with null values and a broken image link.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
List of network values should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ISSERTGD
2. Press the LOV button for Network field
3. A pop-up with null values occurs and there's seemingly no way to return to the screen without logging in again

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the list of network values in RTGS Directory Summary screen.
