GIDIFPRS Screen Considers Server Time Instead Of Branch Time Stamp If Schedule Option Is Enabled (Doc ID 2791077.1)

If the schedule option is set at GIDIFTDF screen under Format detail tab and then when tried to upload the file from GIDIFPRS, the screen considers Server time stamp and not the branch time or Local time stamp and facing the below error

GI-INF-65 - System time should be greater than schedule start time and Lesser than schedule End Time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) For any GI interface please define a schedule options and input the start and end time from GIDIFTDF screen .
2) Make sure server time zone is different than local time zone .
3) Try to Upload a file from GIDIFPRS . make sure you upload it at time considering server time stamp is less than the Start time mentioned at GIDIFTDF screen.
4) System will give error GI-INF-65.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform GI upload as system considers server time stamp and not the branch time or Local time stamp.
