System Does Not Consider Default Media Of The Account During Credit Advice Generation (Doc ID 2791331.1)

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When customer account has default media as SWIFT but both MAIL and SWIFT addresses available on MSDCACAD, during generation of CREDIT_ADVICE, instead of using default media of the account (SWIFT) to generate MT910, system instead is generating CREDIT_ADVICE in MAIL format. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should consider default media of the account during Credit Advice Generation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an FT to credit the account with SWIFT as default media in account level but both MAIL and SWIFT configured in Customer Account Address maintenance (MSDCACAD).
2. Check the credit advice message.
3. System generates MAIL advice even though default media at account level is SWIFT.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot provide MT900/910 reports to customers.
