Symptoms
On 14.2/14.4 version,
System does not allow user to maintain two parties with same CIF-ID (Walk-In Customer) on BC registration input screen(BCDTRGON) due to error thrown as 'Party id duplicated for COLLECTING BANK - BC-UP0333'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BCDTRGON screen and create registration record for BC bill.
2. Go to Parties tab and provide two parties with same ID (Walk-In Customer)
3. System throws error on save - 'Party id duplicated for COLLECTING BANK'
