ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to fetch the contract details and close the foreign letter of credit contract

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to fetch the details and allow to close the letter of credit contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a foreign letter of credit contract
2. Ensure there is a sequence mismatch between the main and transaction table
3. Ensure local currency precision not in sync with currency main table.
4. Try to close the contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the foreign currency contract and settle the proceedings.
