ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Host operation TRADE_SG_LIST request, LC reference number is missing in xml request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Host operation TRADE_SG_LIST request, LC reference number should be present in xml request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into OBDX Application as a Corp User
2. Go to View Import LC Screen
3. Fill up the details and see the request going to host for 3rd party.
