Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In host operation CASA_UPDATE_ESTMT_PREF request, AccountId is not going to host.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In host operation CASA_UPDATE_ESTMT_PREF request, AccountId should be passed in request to host.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application as a Retail User
2. Initiate a Request for E Statement subscription
3. Check the request response received on logs
