Symptoms

While performing Leave feedback transaction on click of submitting "System can not process the request, please try later" error occurred.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with Retail/Corporate user and click on leave feedback from menu
2. Then fill in the comments and click on the "Submit" button
3. Then it throws an error "System can not process the request."

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit their feedback.
