Error: "System cannot process the request, please try again later" Encountered When Admin User Tries to Open Mail from Corporate User Containing Attachment (Doc ID 2793459.1)

When an Admin user tries to open a mail with attachment, coming from corporate user, the below error occurs on the screen. 

System cannot process the request, please try again later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate user.
2. Send a mail with attachment.
3. Login as admin user.
4. Open the mail sent from the corporate user which contains attachment.
5. The mail does not open properly and the error message is displayed on the screen.
