Branch Merger Issue In FCCM (Doc ID 2793627.1)

An account id 0216CEXOBX001 was merged in another branch and after that the account id was changed to 1597CEXOBX001 to this.

Due to 2 different history maintained for a single account alerts are not
generating on the basis of the history.
So they want a way to merge both accounts so that they are not treated as two
different accounts.
Now their ask is how to merge old account related data/matches/alert to be
pointed to new account.
