Attachments On Mailbox Can't Be Downloaded If There Is Comma (,) In File Name (Doc ID 2793718.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If a file name has character , (comma) in its name, it can't be downloaded from attachment in mailbox. The same file can be uploaded as attachment via sender, but the receiver can
see the attachment but cannot download the same. On click of download no action is seen on screen & file is not downloaded. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attachment from mailbox should be downloaded without any error.

Steps to simulate the issue:

-----------------------------

1) Login via corporate or retail user.

2) Go to Mailbox> Compose mail.

3) Select any subject for mail with any required content in mail and attach a

file in it containing , in its name: eg : request,openaccount.txt

4)Once the file is uploaded successfully, send the mail.

5) Now login via admin user who receives this mail and try to download the attachment.
