User is unable to view the contracts and limits under new customer code after customer merger (Doc ID 2794380.1)

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After customer merger, contracts and limits are not showing under the new customer code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once old customer is merged with new customer code, all contract and limit should be made available under new customer code.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a customer code which is merged with another new customer code.
2. Ensure all tables are not updated with new customer code.
3. Try to query and transact contracts under new customer.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query and do the transactions for those contracts
