Unable to Close Customer Account in the screen STDCUSAC due to Reference Number Error
No charge details have been maintained as the account balance is zero, neither any Close Mode is selected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login ti Flexcube, STDCUSAC
2. Close the account
3. System throws error as Both External Reference Number and FLEXCUBE Reference Number cannot be blank
